does anyone know somewhere in london i can buy peyote seeds? eveytime i look for headshops on the internet i just keep getting mail order sites, and there must be a shop in london

im thinking of growing half a dozen cacti, advice, suggestions....

I'm sure there must be somwhere in Camden market. They're so upfront about mushrooms round there these days that I'd be amazed ( and outraged, and frankly scandalised ) if someone wasn't selling peyote seeds too.

Understand that it takes about 10 years before the Lophophora williamsii cacti is sufficiently large to harvest buttons. In this time though one can cultivate a very personal relationship with the cactus.

I gave a quick look round Camden but failed to turn up anything other than shrooms, but hopefully next time i'll be more succesfull.
And part of the reason I want seed is that I would like the challenge of growing the cacti from scratch, and I'm in no rush, it's more like if I decide I want to try it in 10 years time thats ok, if I dont, I dont, but I'll have the choice, rather than shell out for fully grown plants.
The same way I have a salvia plant, but have yet to try it, it's just interesting/nice to have, especially if they make it illegal.
