I bought Sleazenation’s comic. In the shops, long before I ever discovered Barbelith. ‘Dream Factory’, it was called. And I really liked it, I’ve still got it somewhere, and if I ever go to a barbe-meet I’ll get him to sign my copy.
Never mind about Cloned Christ’s outrageously cool hoverdonkey, Stevie Dubplate had a bea-you-tiful black computer. Hope he’s still got it, because it was lovely, I think must have been covered with real leather. Oh, and he passes on nuggets of information like that there is a ‘define’ function on google, which is helpful to thickies like me.
And Mordant Carnival came out with quite the most legendary, wonderful, amazing thread ever on Barbelith. And you all know which one I mean. When I found it, I cycled through concerned/moved/astonished/thankful, and back again. So I’ll use this as an opportunity to say thank you, MC. And sorry if you find me dragging this up at all embarrassing. |
