It's impossible for us to know if Grant is blue since we cannot see him. Therefore we would have to rely on him telling us he were blue which could quite easily be a lie since he already thinks he might be The Beast, and The Beast, by definition, lies.

However, that would make Akira right so it just goes to show; Good can even come from being The Beast.
