Since NEW X-MEN is wrapping up and this board may not be safe for Hyper-X-Geekdom in its wake, I figured this should get thrown out there now --

This guy (found via UncannyXMen.net) is a resculptor who modifies action figures to get them the way he wants them. (You're probably aware of the subculture.) But his New X-Men figures -- all done in the style of Frank Quitely, which you have to see to believe -- are ASTONISHINGLY good. In addition to the full core team, he's also whipped up Xorn, Magneto, Xorneto (yep, swappable heads), and hypothetical NXM-style costumes for Gambit, Colossus, and Bishop. You'll squeal when you see the Beast, I promise. Click the "X-Men" link at the top of the page -- the site's done in frames so I couldn't deeplink... oh, and he's got love for the Marc Silvestri Outback X-Men character designs that several of you have been singing about in the NXM threads.
