Remy Zero (Smallville band) - Any Good?

Just curious to see if the rest of Remy Zero (of
Smallville's theme song "Save Me")'s album (assuming
they have one) is any good. Anyone?

I've listened to their second album a couple times and each one contributed to the sinking feeling that Save Me is a complete and utter fluke and they barely deserve to be a one hit wonder.

Besides their singer looks like the worst aspects of Billy Corgan and Michael Stipe combined.

I heard recently that they've split up.

Possibly the most un-emotive piece of news I've ever recieved.

The crack about them in Flyboy & Nelson's Jenny Everywhere comic was brilliant, although I'm not sure it was intended in the way I took it..

Not my cuppa. but i can say, without hesitation, that in a live setting they perform as if their very lives depend on it. so there's that.

on a completely different note, i'm a new poster but a looooooong time lurker, so i apologize in advance if i reply to some as if i know them. some of you have provided endless entertainment in the past, and because i will be continuing to loiter in ths section of the board, i thought i'd throw that in...
