No other major credible news source in the world is reporting this, so it's probably not true. If it was, EVERYONE would be covering it, because it would be one of, if not THE most important stories of the year.
This has been denied by many prominent US Gov't people in the past few days - maybe it means that they came close or something like that, thereby starting the rumor.
It's a hoax; part of a Lebanese TV satirical programme. It ran across the screen as a newsflash, with the main bit saying 'Lie' rather than 'Live'. The story linked to at the top has disappeared, btw; perhaps because the site realises it makes them look daft.
