lookee, lookee - an applet that generates alphabets.

i haven't gotten to play with it at all, but all the talk about generation of alien alphabets reminded me of everyone's favorite logonaut from Invisibles, Vol 3 and her alien-alphabet-generating software, KALI. go check it out. i'm at work, so i can't really right now.

thanks to pop for the link.

Here's an idea: why don't we start a general "stuff that's a bit like something from The Invisibles" thread, so that we don't get a new thread everytime something reminds someone of something from The Invisibles? If people want to discuss the thing itself, they should start a discussion in the relevant forum. In this case, that would be the Laboratory, so can a Moderator please move it to there?

Just to clarify: this thread was originally started in the Comics forum - that's what I meant by it not being in the relevant place.

The idea that "this reminds me of The Invisibles" is "unexpected" on Barbelith is amusing.

ha ha ha you have a point there! I stand suitably handsmacked

but you do have to admit little things thrown inbetween the usual conversation is nice right?

I feel I should point out here, to give Grant Morrison his due, that every language since Linear A is basically just a total rip-off of the Invisibles.
