Please help the technically illiterate this festive season. I (foolishly) opened up Microsoft Money last week just pissing around to see what it was like. Found it very annoying that it automatically tried to conect to the Net everytime you open Windows, so pretty much left it alone, barring it form Net Access. However, now every time I launch Windows, Windows Installer seems stuck on some kind of loop attempting to install or configure Microsoft Money. Everytime I shut it down, Installer starts running again, and won't let me install or open any of the other Microsoft Programs. It flashes up an error message teing me I have to put in the relevant CD. I've tried doing this but no cigar, it doesn't seem to find the program. I've also trying unstalling the program and deleting all the Money Files manually but it keeps on running. Any ideas on how to get rid of the accursed piece of shit? |
