OK, after a long hard look at my books and the web, I despaired and asked my Mum, who was a professional reader for about 10 years. She said 'I don't think it means anything' which was my opinion too.
It's not the dominant hand so it has a lot less impact than if it was on the other IMO, and the positioning doesn't seem to be terribly significant.
I think it's one of those situations where you have to depend more on intuition than exposition, in the context of the rest of the hand it may make sense but without that it probably doesn't matter too much (compared to the major lines and mounts, say) and is difficult to interpret in isolation. I reckon your opinion is the most useful, I could postulate a dozen significances but they'd all be conjecture.
(For example, The 1 indicates the pre-eminence of Saturnine influence on the querent, followed by Apollonine indicated by the 2, while the four over seven indicates a reduced Martian influence, perhaps the querent represses their anger due to a sense of responsibility, but utilises their charisma to achieve the same aims?) |
