In search of some particular psychadelic tracks

I'm trying to put together a compilation of great lost Scottish psychadelia, and I'm stuck. I'm trying to find some tracks - does anybody have any of these?

The Buzz – “You’re Holding Me Down” Columbia ‘66
The Luvvers – “The House On The Hill”/”Most Unlovely” Parlaphone ‘66
The Boston Dexters – 3 singles from ’64 on Contemporary and 2 from ’65 on Columbia
The Blues Council – “Baby Don’t Look Down”/”What will I Do?”, Parlaphone ‘65
Five Day Rain
60’s Alex Harvey stuff, e.g. “Sunday Song”
The Athenians

Your help will be hugely appreciated, karma will come your way and anything I can do in return.

I've not heard any of those before, so I'm afraid I can't be of much help..

Not saying this to be pedantic (as it's not actually a real word or anything), but the more common spelling is psychedelia, in case yr. doing searches or whatever.. but then you probably know that already..

A compilation of Scottish psychedelia sounds pretty rad though.. any chance of a copy if you get it finished? Maybe?

The Buzz track is available on a compilation called 'Freakbeat phantoms' which is only available on vinyl. Failing that try looking at any of the rash of 60's Joe Meek comps, he produced it and you may well find it there.
The Alex Harvey 60's stuff is notoriously difficult to find. There was a compilation out recently called 'Roman wall blues' that was a collection of stuff from that era but it's been deleted, persistence might yield results though. Incidentaly check out a track of his called 'Midnight Moses', (the 60's version, not the version on one of his later albums) it is, as they say, a chuffing stormer.
Also no collection of Scottish psyche would be complete without some Poets tracks, I trust your going to put 'In my tower' or 'Thats the way it's got to be' on there?
Comp sounds great, good luck with it.

Thank you, my liege. Even the titles of comps are useful, cos then I can look them up at the library.

Yeah, the Poets are on there, along with a load of other stuff we've got already. We're going to release it commercially, hopefully, so we want it to be great. I wish I could reveal the title!
