Here's Who Radio Times readers want (in order of preference)...
1) Tony Head
2) Alan Rickman (?)
3) Stephen Fry
4) Alan bloody Davies.
5) Ian Richardson.
All the most dunderheaded choices. Most seem to be chosen because they're either plummy Brits or resemble in some way a previous Doctor.
To be honest, I don't know why I care, because I can honestly say I've never seen a Doctor Who episode I thought was good. The concept is amazing (Any time, any place) the villains interesting, the actors who played the Doctors patchy, the theme tune hypnotic, but the whole just disappoints me. I guess I would just like to see it done well. |
