I'm writing this with some weariness. The US has Guantanamo and Israeli has Facility 1391 where it can and has detained Palestinians for interrogation and torture without any recourse. Its true that there are internal objections but there is a grim inevitability to it. Torture? Human rights violations? This is very well known. It is barely news.

Israel's supreme court has ordered the government to release information about a secret jail for "high-risk" inmates.
The government only recently admitted the existence of Facility 1391, an army detention centre dubbed "Israel's Guantanamo Bay" by the Israeli press.

The Israeli Government now has less than 45 days to release information on Facility 1391.
