It is possible.
There are lots of ways to exeed the parameters of the 'normal' dreaming avenues, shared lucid dreaming and mutual dreaming are just two of them. It's also inherently dangerous especially if you have little or no experience of doing it, and in particular it's dangerous to your mental state. For example, if you don't practice dreaming techniques and are not used to odd dreaming experiences it can be very unnerving to wake up and feel like your dreams have been taken over - or even that you have gone on an unplanned journey in your own dreams. A kind of wake-up 'What the FUCK?' feeling!
You say you felt like someone may have entered your dreaming - is this a likely thing to happen to you at this point in time? Have you met someone new or begun some kind of relationship with someone who you know has some knowledge of dreaming? Have you had some sort of altercation with one of these people? I ask because IMO it is unlikely that someone would trangress your dreaming boundries uninvited, unless it was for a specific magickal reason which you may have unwittingly become a part of. Even then I don't know many people who would behave like that and give you no warning.
You sound worried about it - maybe I'm wrong but I read your posts that way. If you feel concerned try to set your mind into a relaxed state, perhaps before you go to sleep, and try to recall what was compelling you, and what that person/thing/feeling was compelling you to do. You may find if you can remember this you can more easily work out what happened for you. |
