did anyone go to the meeting last night? the bbc were reporting live from the meeting. it looked well attended, and the report was sympathetic to paddick, although they didn't mention homophobia, which is a big element here, i think.
they interviewed a woman who agreed with paddick being removed from his post. she came across rather badly, protesting rather too much that it wasn't about him being gay, but that because someone had said something nasty about him, his position was untenable. bit weak, i think! |
