I like Deerhoof loads. I wish I had seen them play a couple of weeks ago. They have a manic drummer and the coolest singer ever.

Deerhoof are amazing. I would love to see them live... If you haven't tried them out yet, I'd recommend "Reveile". Pure pop/noise/skronk bliss.

Rizla, I can kind of see your point. Is it her voice that annoys you? I found it kind of jarring, but soon settled into it. Her voice has put a few people off. Loud shouty voice may seem more appropriate than her weird annoying child voice. For me the incongruity amuses.
