The esoterism of the Filth

Is there an esoteric meaning to The Filth? so0me commented that it was to be a travel through the qlippothic (dark side?) caballah, and mentioned that some issues seemed to correspond to some qippoth.
Perhaps the meaning is not so simple. perhaps Slade/Feely was the fictionsuit of the fictionaut, the states he experiments mean some of the sephirot/qlippoth, perhaps some other characters are tarot archetypes (since the paths between the sephirot are tarot images), I do not know, let's try to understand the hidden meaning of the Filth.

I haven't yet dipped in to comment, but now that all are in my possession, I'll work up to another full-frontal read through, hopeful to return with either support or a big raspberry.

Probably a healthy mix of both.

I don't think the meaning of the Filth is hidden, or particularly esoteric. It's rather straightforward once you've read it all (and quinine sums it up decently). Words like Qlippoth and Qaballah are just handy abbreviations for explaining philosophical ideas. I'd sum it up like this:

For every beautiful thing in existence there is an empty, foul, and filthy thing, and each thing fuels the reproductive cycle of existence and evolution - even (and especially) the nasty ones.

What does a pile of shit and entrails do, besides stink and make people vomit? It makes the flowers grow.

I think the idea behind the point it tries to make is that individual minds view the shit as wretched, repugnant, and undesirable when in fact it helps keep the entire system running.

The shit in this story, apart from being the 'filth' created by immune/renewal systems throughout existence, is meant to strengthen and inoculate through its consumption. GM said he intended it to do as much. It explores a dark and ugly side of his body of work so far, and in a weird way I think it informed a lot of his X-Men work.

It's also sort of about what happens when a unit forgets it's part of the whole and rebels, but I think that's largely secondary - or if it isn't, I'm still digesting it (pun intended).

Is there a more specific correspondence to the qlippoths, however? And which issues correspond specifically to which qlippoths? Anyone find obvious tarot or kabbalic symbols in here, visually or references in text?
