I know with all the recent stuff on selling things here I shouldn't necessarily be doing this but my dad's just picked up a load of copies of The Boy's Own Paper. It's a boy's magazine and the issues run from November 1929 to September 1930. He hasn't priced them yet but I'm guessing they're going to be about a tenner each. I thought a few of you might be interested- personally I'd like to keep them all but I'm not allowed to- so I thought I'd stick it up here before he flogs them on ABE. Two of the issues have their covers missing so the price will have to be knocked down- I believe those are Dec '29 and Feb '30.
The covers look a little like this though the title is slightly different. They do all have the marvellous Cadbury's banner along the bottom though.
I would, oh how I would, but a tenner apiece is a little out of my range, chiz moan drone. And there's no point in buying one or two if they have serialisations in...
