According to today's World at One, a Labour MP 'who resigned from the government over the war' has said his views have not changed, but it's now time for the party to move on.
What would be necessary by way of reparation, apology, atonement for that to be acceptable. While the war was wrong, and the results are looking shoddy at best, government here cannot just stop. So: resignations? A General Election? A new direction for the government?
What do we actually want out of our Prime Minister and our government? |
