Anyone going to any of this? I can only really afford one day, either the Friday or the Saturday, and I can't decide which, so if any lithers are going to either day, that would help me make my mind up. It's going to be the last big one for a while/ever, because [sob] Libertas! is closing down as a physical shop and becoming a mail-order/ Web shop only.
Um... what else? I mostly want to go to see Alison Bechdel, but a ton of other people are going to be there ie Sarah Waters, Inga Muscio, Manda Scott, Stella Duffy, Val McDermid, and lots more that I haven't heard of. There's a big all-women disco on the Saturday night. And a menopause workshop on the Sunday. There's going to be about 1300 people there. |
