What is the story on new members? Obviously, there havent been many for a whiley, but there seems to have been a new one every day for a few days. Is it open again, or is it just special people? (-I remember trying to get in last year, and it said i was unlikely to be able to if I was on a free email server thing.) Is this what's going on now, and thats why theres a trickle of newbies?

i had two friends try to get in, and only one of them managed.

It's not about being forbidden or not. I get lots of e-mails asking to join and I'm gradually working my way through them. That's all... Personal recommendations from people already on the board count for a lot.

There was a point late last night/early this morning when the "Newest member is" thingy was blank... that seemed a bit weird- was the newest member at the time barred as a revenant troll, or was it, as seems more likely, that it was while Cal was doing his magic?
