well, crackcomics.com has been updated slightly to acknowledge that issue 13 is coming out 'soon', but otherwise...

Funny - I just was thinking yesterday about GM updating his site. But maybe it turns out I'm not psychic if it seems like the updates are not more than 1 line or so? What's the update on GM's main site? (I'm off to find out...)

only the NEWS section and bits of the COMICS AND MORE has been updated, such as the GAMES one, with link to the GALLATICA project.

Actually the letters page has been updated with EDITION FOUR even though it says "coming soon". BUT... only the fan letters are posted and not Grant's replies.

Yes. Not v. interesting, although velvetvandal's 'finger initiation' slash was rather jolly.

Sadly overlooked for months, Crackcomicks.com has been updated. There's preview art from his new mini-series - a page for Seaguy No. 2, the We3 art previously shown in Wizard but as a larger image, and a black and white page from Vimanarama.

(The shot from Vimanarama looks a lot more military than the romance Morrison has been promoting.)

Shit, for a moment there I thought you meant Crackdot, the company that created Überscroller game Abuse.
Ah, Nick Vrenna, the ultimate badass...

That We3 art would be my new workplace wallpaper if it wasn't for - Y'know - the entrails and blood and stuff...

Actually, I get a total Frank Miller vibe from that pic.

If you mean a Miller/Darrow Hard-Boiled kind of vibe, then me too.

Very nice. Well, apart from the subject matter but other than that, a very nicely done picture. Well done the Quitely.

Did Morrison not mention that part of what he was trying to do with Vimanarama was to show that Philip Bond could do epic sci-fi imagry every bit as well as all of the pop-romance stuff that he's so good at, or did I make that up?

Seriously -- I can't remember!

That We3 image is indeed brilliant. Horrible, but brilliant. And yeah, it's totally Hard Boiled.

Love the preview image from Seaguy #2 as well -- Da Fug!

All in all this is making me a happy little fanboy, though when I think about it the fact that I'm not going get to see either We3 or Vimanarama for a good few months yet, the buzz does wear off slightly. Still -- roll on Seaguy #2!
