Right now, is Barbelith time one hour ahead of London? Then when the time changes in fall, will Barbelith time & London time be the same?

Yep, we're one hour fast. This has come up before - I'm fairly certain that seasonal Barbelith time changes as IRL time does, meaning that we're always one hour ahead.
