Shameless ad on the way :
I have a 890 sq. ft warehouse conversion in WC1 (business premises) all refurbed in SoHo Audio Post (tm) decor, spiral staircase, mezzanine upstairs with new kitchen, WC and shower, loads (approx 440 sq.ft) of office space downstairs, and a digital recording facility with v/o suite under the mezz.
It's all Phillipe Starck On A Budget, dead funky, and has free off road parking (!!!). Even the local pub is a freehouse and pints are only £1.65 (in Central London, in the 21st Century, this is nothing less than a bona fide miracle).
Anyhoo, I want some funky creative types who are looking for premises or a base / HQ to come and fire up the muse and part let some desk space. Open to offers according to requirements and budgets.
