On the kitchen table I have a large-ish CD, tape, radio thingy. It is matt black. I don't turn it off at the mains, just leave it on standby. For the past 2 days a minimum of 2, max 4, houseflies have been continually crawling on it and flying round it. One even got trapped in the tapedeck today...
As far as I know it's never been covered in food, beer spills, rotting meat juices etc. What is the flies' attraction to it? Could it be something to do with electro-magnetic fields or something? Any ideas? |
