It is not as though they no longer exist, they just don't have a tv show anymore. They have created the best comedy threatre in NYC, and still perform as a group there and elsewhere. (In fact, this weekend, they are playing a show at North Six in Brooklyn.)
Amy Poehler is currently on Saturday Night Live, Matt Walsh has been in some films (including his own Martin And Orloff, which will eventually get a formal release), and he's also been involved with the Best Show On WFMU and The Daily Show. Matt Besser put out one of the funniest cds ever made, May I Help You (Dumbass)?
If you are even in NYC, you need to visit that theatre, man. It's the best cheap night out in the city. |
