You obviously need to speak to some London occultists - I'd drop that Bill Poster's chap a line if I were you. I've often had to borrow a black robe from Bill in the past when we've had to summon extra-dimensional horrors at short notice and I've been caught short without the right gear. Terribly embarrasing when Azathoth shows up for possession and there you are in the wrong outfit. Bill was always the guy to see if you needed a sinister black robe at short notice, I'd speak to him.

As for wigs, you may be able to find something (fairly poor) in a large market or fancy dress shop. What's around your place of work? Likely to be synthetic and horrible, but very very blond. May be not be Draco enough though...

Brixton market for some reason has the most outrageous number of wig shops, so a short blond wig would be a definite possiblity.
