This is a webcam trained on an outdoor plaza at Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Fla. You can control the pan and zoom features. I've checked in every day this week, so I think I'm obsessed.

Seems like an invasion of privacy, but I think the law says that you've got no expectation of privacy in a public place -- I'd tend to agree. And this plaza is obviously a public place.
