Watching Donnie Darko for the second time last week seemed to stir up some deja vu time memories of a book i read maybe 8 or 9 nine years ago. I can't remember the author(he was a he and american) or title but it had a Donnie Darko type feel to it, was quite surreal and about the only thing i remember about it plotwise was that it started off with a rabbit being catapaulted through someones bedroom window. I'm usually quite good at remembering books but this one seems to have lodged itself firmly on the tip off my tongue and isn't budging. I can even slightly picture the cover but then it jumps out of reach.
Any help would be much appreciated. |
