Maybe that was the Random art part of it? Suggest you're going to do something thereby making people turn up wearing touristy clothes but then don't turn up yourself. Or maybe, maybe soon there will be a photograph of you Flowers, circulating on the internet or somewhere, in which you are depicted mid-aimless wander outside St Pauls. And that in itself will be the Random art.
