this website draws in theory those who have figured out that they know nothing, but also those who seem to think something can be achieved. are you simply an attestment to the fact that it is the nature of people to be obsessed with reason, or do you just believe its the only way to live?

Why play the game? For the prize.

To take this a baby step beyond the Realm of Magically Handy Aphorisms, playing the game can be rewarding. And not just in a "WIN COOL STUFF" way; the experience of the game itself is oftentimes rewarding enough. I dig existence. Whether it's 'rigged' so to speak or not is irrelevant. Whether it is, as the quote implies, the only game in town is also irrelevant. What is relevant is that you're playing it. Existence is the prize.
