I'm not so HTML savvy, but I am aware that there are different ways to do links: with " and " around the address or without. What is the difference between the two? Is one better to use than the other, and if yes, why?
Also, are there other ways to do links--like without the underline? What about how to open the page in a new window?
Finally, is there a particular method that is preferred here? For example, do people generally like a new window or not? |
