Prince Paul on tour: What does he do?

So Prince Paul is touring for Politics of the Business. What the hell does he do live? He's a producer. He's not a very good rapper. He's a fine turntable kung fu master, but I've never heard anything that makes me think that he'd put on a knock-yer-socks-off dj set. Has anyone seen him? Has anyone ever seen anybody who's made their career as a producer that put on a live show that blew you into tiny bloody fragments?

I thought this was about Paul McCartney performing in Russia

when i saw Dan the Automator live, he basically just spun a really kick-ass hip-hop set. nothing really in the way of turntable wizardry or anything like that, but a very well-chosen set of tracks that showed a real grasp of both current and older (like, late-80s-early-90s older, e.g. Black Sheep) tracks, with a few of his own tracks from various projects. it was just like a more-or-less regular set at a club, but there was just a real depth to it, a really solid understanding of how to construct a good DJ set.

i would imagine Prince Paul would be similar.

It's not a mystery at all. Like most people involved with dance music, he'll DJ. Yeah, I doubt there was any turntablism, but, y'know...so?
