No one in their right mind would send you anything by FedEx unless it desperately needed to get to you overnight. It's expensive, and you need to have an account.
Via USPS, a single cd (in a standard jewelbox) would cost about $3-4 in shipping, plus a dollar for the padded envelope, give or take. It's all to do with weight, but it should stay in the general ballpark of the $3-5 range.
If they send the cd without a jewelbox with some kind of paper board to keep it sturdy, it'll be a dollar or so less. I never send jewelboxes overseas anymore, it's too much money wasted.
