An artist has infuriated New Yorkers by painting a sign reading "CAUTION Low Flying Planes" on a building near Ground Zero.
James Peterson, who painted the acrylic-on-brick work over the weekend, said it was meant as a memorial to the attack on the World Trade Center a few blocks away and he did not mean to offend anyone.
