It's a little distorted, being fit to a watch and all, but if you can use a vectored art program (Adobe Illustrator), you'll be able to make a much better copy.

You might find some references here: some Starman site...

I don't think Jack was sighing at your inability to find the logo - I think he was sighing at the idea of branding a superhero logo on your body forever more.

And if he wasn't, I am.

yeah, it's cool, but do you want it on your shoulder evermore? I wanted the same tattoo; it's pretty. if I still wanted a tattoo, or got drunk enough to get one, well, that's a forerunner. Hell, I almost got drunk enough tonight, in fact, and talked about this very thing. Are you a tattoo person, Elijah? At least it's not your nickname in olde english typeface... if you're going to get one, yeah, this would be a good choice. Just because it's graphically pleasing. Oh, and before I left to go get drunk, I started translating the pic into vectored art. For fun, you see. The way I work (for aforementioned fun), it'll be about a month before I finish it, but it may give you some time to think about it. And ignore the naysayers... it is just a meatsuit, after all. What you have to decide is whether or not you want to stain it.

Ahem. I've actually got that tattoo on my left shoulder. I just liked the way it looked, and figured a comic geek kinda guy should have at least one. It doesn't really match up with my other tats, and no one knows who the fuck Starman is, but as a design by itself, I find it visually intriuging. I don't know.

Hey, if Jon Bon Jovi can have a Superman logo on his tricep...

(wonders how painful it would be to have testicles tattooed in the Thing-style rock-effect)

cheers jack!
and solid, if you get a finished product on that vectored art stuff i would like to see it

the way i look at it, its cool looking art wise, and not quite mainsteam enough to scream GEEK like say a bat symbol or the S logo, or even green lantern

i like tats alot, only have one because they are pricey and i dont have the right friends.
