Just picked this up after being intrigued by a mini-review in Sequential Tart (second on the list) and it's amazing. Lovely, gorgeous art, especially the cover which is what finally sold me on getting the TP and the story's great.
It's all about Ancient Joe, mythical figure or possibly a god who's bested the Devil and boxed with Ernest Hemmingway. But he's worried that his wife might be being kept in hell by the Devil so he sets out to save her.
Would anyone recommend any of his other works like Magic Pickle or Soulwind? |
