New interview with Morrison.
Very little of substance, but it does have the names of a couple of new projects I hadn't heard about. And does anyone know what Red King Rising is? I can't recall hearing about that at any point.

Red King Rising was Morrison's play about Lewis Carroll and Jack the Ripper IIRC. I've never gotten Lovely Biscuts so I may be wrong.

You're correct, although I seem to recall that it had little to do with Jack the Ripper.

Hmmm. It's about Victorian society, really.

Do you know, I REALLY DIDN'T hit the 'Post Reply' button twice. That's weird.

Yeah, anyway, it's an attempt at channeling a certain time and place. Morrison and Moore have too much in common.

The bloody 'Polyphonic Spree'? Oh, for fuck's sake.....

'Red King Rising' is indeed in 'Lovely Biscuits'. It examines Victorian society through the device of Lewis Carroll in dialogue with his creation, Alice. That ol' writer/character interface again.

What a waste.
Either Grant wasn't in mood or tired or just asleep.
Just like I am right now.

how can I get ahold of lovely biscuits? is it just in the UK? or is it just incredibly more difficult to get in the US?

Just an off coloured question. What the hell ever happened to Grant's novel 'If' ? I think that's what it was called. Was supposedly a continuation of The Invisibles.

I believe that The Ifwas going to be published by Penguin, but they pulled out of the deal, and now it's on the backburner for the time being. We've discussed this a few times before, so if you want to go trawling through old topics, you might find out some more.

I'm pretty sure that Lovely Biscuits is out of print. Watch Ebay. That's where I got mine.
