Filthy Drunken Rustic - maybe he could play Franklin Roosevelt in a TV movie ... see this is how my mind works when I haven't had enough sleep and I'm hungry.

Oh, we forgot to mention the Yes! at the end of his 'no' rants. Maybe his character is some oblique clever-clever reference to Japanese theatre?

I always wondered if he was like an updated version of Eric Idle’s Python ‘Nudge Nudge’ character – the bit at the end after ‘Look, are you insinuating something?’
