Actually, Bill, I find it pretty tedious, in much the same way that you probably have little interest in holding lengthy conversations about the ethics of your actions or your personality in broken English with a taxi driver. However, I am aware that it seems to fulfil a valuable social function, and allows people who might otherwise have felt terribly isolated a sense of community.
On the whole, though, you might be happier if you took up batik. |
