Servitor(s) of Steel?

I have always been a semi-health nut. From a young age I became interested in keeping my body fit and paying attention to exactly what goes in it. I was a very dilligent exerciser and such. However, as I got older and became bogged down in the intricacies of a mundane life, I lost my lust for the health of my own body. Recently things have begun to change and as I've become increasingly more focused on returning to the roots of my imagination and refocusing parts of myself, I've also returned to being interested in my own health.
As far as exercising goes: I've begun to love running again. I simply enjoy the feeling of it, and I'm soon going to begin working on meditative running. The thing is, a number of factors are mucking it up. One: I often find myself thinking that not have the time. Two: I am easily distracted. Three: It is sometimes painful due to bad feet and knees.
So I was thinking of creating a servitor in order to assist me in getting myself back in shape. However, I'm not sure if I want just one, with the specific intent of sort of guarding and motivating me while I run. Or do I want to create a small network of several, one with the purpose of soothing the feet and knees, another warding off persons or events that may try to take up the time I use for running, and a third to keep me focused and give me strength while I run.
This is not to say that I will stop running if I can't accomplish this, I just haven't really done much servitor work in my day and I thought this would be a good area to incorporate.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Jokes?

Why would you prefer a servitor to some other kind of working?

I suspect the best help in this case would be a daily planning calendar and a series of hot baths. It would probably help to add some "magickal" ingredients to your bath, and you might even enjoy writing on your calendar in Enochian.

Of course, I don't know how bad your feet and knees are; you might want to see a human doctor if you haven't done so. That is generally a good idea when starting a fitness regimen.

I don't know if a servitor is exactly the route to take. If you want to separate your issues you could do the one with the purpose of soothing the feet and knees as an amulet that you take with you running. The warding off persons or events that may try to take up the time you use for running could be a sigil or other enchantment. A servitor to keep you focused and give you strength while I run, a running buddy.

Or you could create all three as a network of servitors with the option of adding more as your "pit crew"
