I am assuming that Al Jazeera and all external (outside Iraq) TV and radio broadcasting sources need to use the same equipment as Iraqi TV and radio in order to reach the Iraqi people. So given that the coalition are currently bombing all radio and TV transmitter's relating to Iraqi TV, and Iraqi radio is currently broadcasting from a mobile transmitter due to the loss of it's permanent antennae, I would like to find out the following: If the coalition achieve their goal of wiping out any possibility of state controlled communications broadcasts, what source of information will the Iraqi people have regarding news of the war?

(In relation to this question, I'd like to say I am aware Iraqi TV and radio is not an ideal source of impartial information).

Not necessarily. Iraqi gov't may control broadcast TV, but lots of Iraqi have satellite dishes—which will pick up CNN, AL Jazeera, et cetera.
