Just imagine - cats can work together cooperatively, can be trained to be "useful," and beat dogs at their own game...

This is probably a hoax, as I can't find any other information on the story and really can't imagine harnessing two hundred cats. But it's a nice thought...

I think the cats already have, but, yes, this is a nice thought, and an even funnier picture. It's difficult to imagine all those cats harnessed up and pulling, but those silver classic tabbies are no joke!

While doing the poking around looking for authentication, I did a little research; I think that a Siberian is going to be my next cat. They've got size, brains, and the sort of personality I'm already used to from my two geriatric felines.

Chol - sorry to have wasted your bandwidth with a bit of well-done humor... If dogs were capable of "taking over" any activities even remotely cat-like, I'd happily post about that as well, hoax or not. I like dogs too, but am not in a position to own one - I've got an apartment that's much too small for the sorts of dogs I prefer, with no good running room nearby.

Meanwhile, given that this is a hoax, I'm going to request that it be moved to Conversation.
