| They are simply better at fighting than your average girl and have the potential to gain the slayer powers if Faith eats it. They haven't been called, just gathered around Buffy because that's where they would be safest from harm, as the First has used its Harbingers to kill every potential she could find. First logic is: destroy the potentials, then destroy the slayer and the lineage is done. Although I'm not sure Firsty knows for sure about the Faith/Buffy Who's The Real Slayer scenario. It's assuming, I guess, that Buffy is the one. It was implied that Buffy's most recent death caused all of this. Somehow. We shall see. |
