Does anyone else think Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil rocks? I watched it again at about 2am and I'd forgotten how much cool and really funny stuff happens in it. It's kind of slow and maybe even soporific, but I think it works, at least for me, because it's composed of lots of short funny scenes rather than a few really long boring ones. That's where your artistry lies, Clinty.
Anyway, when I first saw this I thought of Eastwood's other movies as director (not necessarily actor) and me fink he is well underrated innit. So what do you guys think? Am I totally off my trolley or bang on that darn nail?
Why the hell am I talking like this? Must be trying to stay awake. |
