Well, there are idiots at the state level, too. When I was first contemplating civil disobedience, I did a little research and discovered that in most states, it's illegal to own mushrooms or mycelia due to the psilocybin content, but it's not illegal to own the spores. There are two exceptions - California and Georgia made it illegal to own the spores as well, in spite of the fact that there is no psychoactive anything in them and they grow wild all over... |
