Stuff your cock back in, fanboy, this isn't the explicitly outrageous French movie.
Romance in movies, the best of the best.
This is what I can remember. French Kiss has always been my personal favourite to which the other romcom's are measured after (Kate & Leopold? Vile, piece of piss, what is wrong with Meg Ryan in this one? Why has she had her lips done? (See: The 'romantic' dinner on the rooftop and the closeups) She used to be so beautiful). Perfect pairing that made me wet my panties and caused me to ovulate. Perfect setting for a romantic movie, with which Meg's character trait of hating Paris and the French made it subtly funny. And outrageously funny in its entirety, comedic richness played and filmed/edited dead-on.
I don't know whether or not to categorize Bring It On as a romcom, comedy, yes, but the movie can't be said to be solely about Torrance and sweet, charming Cliff but when they are on, I can feel their electricity.
These are the movies I dread to overanalyse because as they exist, they are perfect. |
