I'm leaving my small but nice flatshare - would you like to take it? It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House tube (Picadilly Line, Zone 2) and you would be living with four very laid-back,friendly, music loving roomates. What sold me was the cozy living room - it's very homey and comfortable. The room as I said is small but it's nice and clean and has an interesting view of the "garden" out back. Oh yeah, and it's only £60 a week, excluding bills, which are about £20 most months, £40 when you pay the gas and electric once every few months or so. So you're looking at about £260 - 280 a month! WOAH!
Oh, and there's no credit check or anything. Basically you meet with the housemates, and if you like the room and them, and they like you, you're in. One month deposit.
