On December 31, 2002, 800 priests of Ifá came together, representing the great majority of the branches or families of Cuba, counting as well the support of Ifá priests of the following countries: Brazil, Belgium, Colombia, Costa Rica, Spain, the United States, México, Italy, Great Britain, Panama, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Switzerland. They met in the house-templ situated at 1509 Diéz de Octubre Avenue between Josefina and Gertrudis, Vibora, in the Diéz de Octubre Municipality, City of Havana, Cuba.
Ifá priest Guillermo Diago “Ogbe Weñe presided over the ceremony and the youngest priest took out the sign, being present the great number of Ifá priests of ample capability and recognized national and international prestige, whose analysis and evaluation the present document lays out.
Ruling Sign: Ogundá Ogbe
This sign is also know as “Ogundá sorí ire fogbe”—“Ogundá secures the blessed head and gives it to Ogbe”
Ogundá Abedé—Ogún executes a clean cut with the sword.
Prophecy: Osobo Ikú Intorí Arojé (Death though a dispute, debate, or affront)
Olofin Onire: Olofin blesses.
Offering to Echú: 3 balls of corn flour cooked with bird feed.
Ruling Deity: ELEGUA (known in Cuba and America as Eshú. Elegba is the divinity of merchants and service workers.
Accompanying Deity: OSHÚN (Goddess of motherhood and protector of children. Worshipped in Nigeria, especially in the Ijumu and Oshogbo regions, where the river bearing her name is found).
Flag of the Year: Half White and Half Black, with Yellow Borders.

Illnesses that will increase their incidence
-Grave neurological and psychological illnesses.
-Sicknesses of the throat.
-Infectious, contagious illnesses.
-Increase of and trouble from lower stomach illnesses along with the dangers of surgical intervention
-Illnesses in the liver.
-Poisoning from the consumption of bad food or badly prepared food.
-Pregnant women should follow with absolute care their medical recomendations.
Social Occurrences
-Increase in robbery.
-Increase in violence.
-Congenital deformation produced through the union of people of incompatible blood groups.
-The discovery of a new species (genetic hybrids).
-The death of elderly and people highly regarded worldwide.
-Peoples subordinated (enslaved) as the result of wars.
-The fall of governments ([through] international consensus and military intervention).
-The spread of an illness generated by pig livestock that could affect other livestocks.
-Difficulties in the pharmacological industry.
-Unseasonable irregularities in climate will continue.
-Inadequacy of medal diagnoses and in the application of medicines.
-Problems in commerce (deceptions, frauds, stealing, and violent acts).
-Accidents provoked cracks and potholes.
-Increase in matrimonial infidelity with the risk of deaths.
-The breaking of commercial contracts.
-An increase in dissipation (consumption of drugs and alcohol).
-Marital violence with dangerous repercussions for the stability of the children in particular and the family in general.

Special note: those who were condemned in court (Eyó) during the rule of the previous sign of the year, Ogbe Oguna (Ogbe Yono) will be punished by death (Ikú) during the rule of the present sign, Ogunda Ogbe (Ogunda Abedé). Both are Omó Iyá (brothers) and one continues the rule of the other.
Recommendations
