Okay, you're dressing for the following occasions:

1.) A meeting at a really good pub with a bunch of international friends whom, through incredible luck, were all able to get together for an evening of debauchery.

2.) A private dinner at an expensive restaurant with the (in)famous person you've always craved meeting.

3.) They're maybe going to give you a really sweet job that will pay all your bills and still give you enough leisure time to enjoy the even more money that you'll have after the bills are done being paid. There's just this wee interview you have to go through...

Money is no object. Describe in sexy detail, please.

I'll decribe mine in a later post.

1) Nothing that you have to dry-clean
2) Dark, well-cut suit or dress, (if suit) bright red shirt (or whatever your best color is) plus a tie hidden somewhere on your person if needed, meaningful badge or other discreet artifact, shoes that will also get you into a club, just in case
3) The same suit with a more sober shirt or, for a really straight company, a really sober suit.

Whoops, sorry! Money, detail.

1) I stand by my earlier post
2) Vivienne Westwood if you're a woman. Charcoal Miyake suit of you're a man, maroon Sissy Boy shirt, black Kenzo tie. Is this too '80s? Maybe it would be if you dressd this way as a woman...I hear Belgian designer Dries van Nooten interesting, but I don't know whether he makes men's suits.
3) Hugo Boss suit for a man. But a lot depends on who the prospective employer is. Ben & Jerry? Wolfram & Hart?
