Well you can get anything in Hertfordshire but it is full of rich little kids with nothing better to do and poor little kids trying to escape their sorry lives, you just have to get chatting to the right person in the pub, that gets you pretty much anything at a price.

Actually, I haven't been offered it for ages. Sure it's still around though. Maybe I don't mix in the right circles - it's all coke, Cristal and UK Garage round my gaff (no, sorry, that's Lyra).

I think it's generally hard to come by because it's such good value - £2 and you're gone for 8 hours. No dealer is going to make a killing out of that. It's a drug for fans rather than profiteers. Plus these aren't very psychedelic times generally. Last time I remember it being around a lot was when the whole raves/E thing was really gathering momentum. (91 till about 95, i guess). But then again, I'm older and more boring...

It is generally really fukcing hard to get acid anywhere. I got a couple during the summer but that was at teknival in holland and I paid over the top for 2. It was nearly impossible to score any over there this summer. last year the place was full of it. in the republic I have found it impossible to score any for at least 4 years. I think acid is on the way out. Shame cos I reckon it takes less out of you than any of the other shite out there.

Well, I can't comment about Ireland but here in Canada, it's damned near impossible to get. Six years ago it was everywhere. Everyone had it for sale. Now it's completely disappeared. I havn't heard of anyone getting their hands on it in years. It's all about coke and herion now.

by the way has anyone on the board actually attempted to make the stuff themselves? is it difficult to do?

I've got books on how to make it, but it seems like an advanced for of chemistry to me that I'm awfully afraid of fucking up. Well, that and I live with people whom I'd not want to put in jeopardy because of my experimentations. That, and there's no fucking room.

The last time I had any acid was ten years ago. I shit you not. I would love to experience it again, but MN isn't exactly a hotbed for that sort of thing.

About a year ago, one of the big producers got caught out in California. Being as most of the worlds LSD is produced from a small handful of chemists, this hurt things when the lot of them immediately went into hiding. About a year went by with nothing here, and as a college town, it usually flows through Pittsburgh like water. Its just now starting to show up again, and at inflated prices. I suspect the general drought will soon be over, though it might not be for up to another year before its booming again like it was a few years ago.

you could send away for some Morning Glory or Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds. sometimes the Morning Glory seeds have poison on 'em though. I haven't had these myself though so don't know if the sensation of these compares.

It's pretty easy to come by round Brisbane way. Cheap, too. The last 2 i had were pretty crap, though.

Morning Glory seeds make LSA when ground up, which is a mild euphoric hallucinagen. Its prety light weight. You really want to collect the seeds yourself, though. Anything you buy for planting will be either poisoned or washed to remove the LSA.

Uh. "Morning Glory" means different things to different people. Know what it is that you are ingesting, for Mr. Datura is not our friend.

I belive that LSD is still reasonably easy to come by in London, but since I don't indulge I don't know for sure. I can tell you that there is little that acid can do for you that your very own brain can't, with training.

It's worth noting that in the UK (I don't know about anywhere else) dealing acid can potentially carry a life sentence. That's one reason that people are somewhat cagey about selling it to anyone they don't know.
